DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in German? This is your chance to join a dynamic and professional team in Valencia! A leading call center company is looking for 20 enthusiastic and committed individuals to join their team as Customer Service Representatives.
You will work on-site in a friendly, multicultural environment where communication and teamwork are key. You can choose between morning or afternoon shifts, with full-time or part-time options available. A comprehensive five-week training program will prepare you to deliver exceptional service. From day one of training, you’ll be registered with Social Security as a permanent intermittent employee and start receiving a language proficiency bonus.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
High-level, bilingual, or native German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High-level Spanish, to ensure smooth communication with your team and supervisors.
English knowledge is a plus.
Availability to work:
Morning shift (07:00 to 16:00) or
Afternoon shift (14:00 to 00:00)
Part-time option: 30 hours/week in either shift, depending on availability.
Commitment to attend a five-week on-site training (30 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 15:00 in Valencia city).
Ability to pass a German language proficiency test (oral and written).
Proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
