For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer
experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech,
high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for –Technology Support
Specialist with Norwegian (Relocation to Bulgaria).
Key Responsibilities:
*Support customers by phone and email with questions about smart sports devices;
*Help with orders, deliveries, and product information;
*Guide users through features of smartwatches and fitness bands;
*Solve technical issues and provide clear solutions;
*Keep records of customer interactions accurately;
*Create a positive experience and represent the brand with enthusiasm.
Requirements:
*Fluency in Norwegian (C1) and good command of English (B2);
*Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not a must;
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
*Passion for sports, fitness, or a healthy lifestyle is an advantage;
*Comfortable using new technologies and devices;
*Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
