DESCRIPTION

Are you a native Czech speaker looking for an exciting new challenge abroad?

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Representative position with a Monday to Friday schedule, based in Bulgaria, offering a hybrid work model and relocation support!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer support to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist with inquiries, product information, orders, and general troubleshooting
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards

Accurately document interactions and follow up on outstanding issues

REQUIREMENTS
  • Native or fluent in Czech (C1-C2)
  • Good level of English (B2 or higher)
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • revious experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria
  • Have to own an EU Passport or a valid VISA to work in Bulgaria

Location & Work Model:

  • Hybrid work (partially remote after 6 Months)
  • Based in Sofia, Bulgaria
  • Monday to Friday schedule – No weekend shifts!
