DESCRIPTION
Serve as a brand ambassador, handling incoming and follow-up customer enquiries via phone, web form, or web chat.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of Czech at C1/C2 and English at B2 level.
Ability to work with multiple systems and platforms.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Ability to work in a team, positive attitude, and ability to support colleagues.
