David Kennedy Recruitment, on behalf of our FinTech client, is seeking for Dutch speaking Sales Representative to join their growing team in Limassol.
Position: Sales Representative
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Work model: on-site
Employment type: Employment contract
Remuneration: base salary + bonuses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the main point of contact for both prospective and existing customers, building strong relationships through consistent communication
- Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Stay informed about products, features, and promotions to effectively present their value
- Maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue within assigned customer accounts
- Provide regular reports and insights based on customer data to support satisfaction and engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent / native in Dutch both verbal & written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role with proven success
- Eligible to work in Cyprus (no Visa support provided)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role with proven success
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy
- Strong computer literacy and fast, accurate typing skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Proactive and service-oriented with a hands-on approach to customer engagement.
