For one of our clients – one of the biggest providers of digital solutions, AI automation, and
customer experience services, helping global brands deliver top digital experiences in fintech,
high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Payment Services Representative with
Swedish (Relocation to Bulgaria).
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver effective solutions and support for inquiries related to money transfer operations;
*Redirect complex cases to the relevant teams or departments as needed;
*Provide timely and professional responses to clients via phone, email, and chat;
*Assess and understand customer requirements to ensure a high level of satisfaction;
*Stay informed about products, services, and procedures to offer precise information.
Requirements:
*Proficient in Swedish and English, both written and verbal;
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients successfully;
*Capability to handle multiple requests simultaneously across different channels;
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy;
*Prior experience in customer service or financial transactions is desirable.
