Your Profile
- Your mission will be to provide telephone and written support to our German-speaking customers, always ensuring a courteous and helpful attitude
- Are proficient in German and fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Possess outstanding communication skills
- Are keen to learn
- (Bonus) Have experience in a telephone customer service or call center environment
REQUIREMENTS
Your responsibilities
- Address the questions and concerns of German-speaking customers, providing the best possible solutions via phone.
- Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns via e-mail, chat, and social media channels.
- Provide information about trending products, offer advice, and quick assistance on payment methods, delivery, exchanges, and guarantees.
- Engage in cross-selling and upselling of products after addressing customer queries.
