About Our Client
Our client is a leading multinational IT services and consulting company, providing digital transformation, consulting, and business re-engineering solutions to organizations worldwide. With a strong focus on innovation and client-centric strategies, they offer a collaborative environment, career growth, and modern office facilities.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for user technical issues via phone, chat, email, and self-service portal
- Record incidents and resolutions in the ITSM tool
- Ensure issues are resolved promptly and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Coordinate effectively between users and resolver groups
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain communication throughout incident resolution
- Contribute to process improvements and administrative tasks
- Work onsite from the Budapest office
Candidate Profile
- Native or C1-level Norwegian with excellent English skills
- Must be living in Budapest
- 1st–2nd line IT support experience
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of application support, IT service desk, or software development
- ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently
