For one of our clients – a top provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer
experience services, helping global brands improve digital engagement in fintech, high-tech,
travel, and gaming, we are looking for – Devices Support Consultant with
Polish (Relocation to Bulgaria).
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist customers via phone and email with inquiries about modern smart devices;
*Support clients with orders, deliveries, and product details;
*Guide users through the main functions and features of wearable technology;
*Identify and resolve technical issues with clear, step-by-step solutions;
*Keep accurate records of customer requests and interactions;
*Provide an excellent customer experience while representing the brand in a professional and
friendly way.
Requirements:
*Fluency in Polish and good working knowledge of English (B2);
*Previous experience in customer support is helpful, but not required;
*Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems effectively;
*Interest in technology, gadgets, or modern lifestyle products is a plus;
*Comfortable exploring and using new tools and devices;
*Reliable, cooperative, and eager to learn and develop.
