International Sales Operations Associate – Export (English + Spanish)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal | Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid

We’re looking for an International Sales Operations Associate fluent in English and Spanish to support export order management and logistics operations. Your Role

Respond to order-related inquiries from customers and sales teams
Coordinate shipments with distribution centers and freight forwarders
Resolve complex delivery issues and monitor shipment status
Support inventory allocation and backorder prioritization
Generate reports on open orders and revenue
Process custom, warranty, return, and correction orders
Maintain shipment logs and escalate carrier issues when needed
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and represent the team professionally

REQUIREMENTS

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or sales operations
Fluency in English and Spanish (C2/native level)
Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Salesforce, Agile) is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
Legal eligibility to work in the EU and willingness to travel if needed
A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
