On this occasion, one of our leading gas clients is looking for a Back Office employee with a native German level in Porto.
As a Back Office Agent you will:
- You will Manage client documentation for billing purposes and resolve billing issues.
- You will ensure monthly billing targets are met.
- You will verify and validate that all invoices are generated according to received instructions.
- You will meet monthly document processing objectives.
- You will verify and validate data, ensuring accurate entry into the system.
- You will organize documents for delivery to patients and clients.
- You will support the commercial team by resolving inquiries and gathering necessary data.
- You will contact patients to remind them of prescription validity periods and renewal deadlines.
- You will prepare, analyze, and validate reports requested by clients.
- You will monitor and follow up on prescription renewals to ensure compliance and proper closure at the end of each treatment.
REQUIREMENTS
You are the perfect candidate if you have:
- You have bachelor's degree (preferred).
- You have at least two years of experience in similar roles.
- You are a critical thinker with a dynamic mindset and a continuous improvement approach.
- You have a strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- You have a fluent level in German and English.
- You have an excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.
