What you'll do
- As a Web Product Implementation Specialist for Google Ads, you'll communicate with advertisers, internal sales and services teams via phone, email, chat, and video conference;
- Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers;
- Give guidance, support and train customers on how to use the products;
- Establish strong and clear communication skills with your customers and colleagues, displaying your enthusiasm and a desire to succeed;
- Deliver high quality service to your customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew;
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2);
- Good understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds;
- Basic knowledge of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS/CSS3;
- Having an experience with debugging tools (e.g. web browser consoles) is a plus;
- Understand CMS platforms at UI level (WordPress/Shopify/Wix/Joomla) or similar;
- As a Web Product Implementation Specialist for Google Ads, you'll need moderate experience in websites maintenance (knowledge of HTML, JavaScript);
- Technologically capable to quickly learn customer service software applications and process customer implementations that don't necessarily follow a standard template / process;
- Experience working in a B2B environment, online advertising or ad product experience;
- Strong communication, customer service, relationship management, troubleshooting and support skills;
- Requirement: European Citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal – Relocation Package included!
