For one of our clients – а company specializing in customer experience technology that delivers outsourced sales, support, and business process services to large businesses, we are looking for – Support Services Advisor with Dutch and English.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support via calls, emails, and chats;
- Diagnose and resolve issues with audio products quickly and effectively;
- Guide users through setup and troubleshooting with clarity and patience;
- Collaborate with internal teams on advanced technical cases;
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written);
- Experience in customer service or tech support is a plus;
- Excellent communication and active listening skills;
- Passion for technology, especially audio equipment;
- Proficiency in using MS Office, ticketing systems.
