DESCRIPTION
As a Portuguese or a Swedish Customer Representative Agent, you will:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in Portuguese (written and verbal) or Swedish (written and verbal) (you only need to speak one of them).
- Fluency in English (for internal communication)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Have experience a Customer Representative role (mandatory)
